For this 3-room resale flat, we created a space with design elements and functionality that were not only ahead of time, but capable of standing the test of it. Besides weaving in contemporary colour palettes and innovative materials into the overall design, we incorporated the use of fluted panels. That adds textural interest and a sense of sophistication throughout, while also improving the acoustics of the space.
